ISO - International Organization for Standardization - an international organization dedicated to the development of standards. ISO 9001 is the most well-known regulation setting out the requirements for a quality management system.
The principle of ISO 9001
The standard deals with the principles of documentation management, human resources, infrastructure. It introduces processes of communication with customers, evaluation of suppliers, measurement of process performance, internal audits to obtain feedback.
