We are ZBIROVIA, a traditional Czech manufacturer of forged and pressed hand tools. With over 165 years of experience in designing, developing, constructing and manufacturing tools, we have earned the trust of professionals, craftsmen and DIYers.

Basic Information

ZBIROVIA - production built on solid foundations

We are the largest Czech manufacturer of forged and pressed hand tools and in some of our products the only one.

We offer more than 200 types of tools in more than 350 size variants and over 500 types of forgings in weights from 0.05 to 10 kg.

Our other manufacturing capabilities include:

• Custom design and manufacture of forging tools and jigs for machining, welding
• Chip machining (CNC, EDM, classic conventional)
• Powder coating
• Carpentry production

We process steels of grades 11 to 17 and their equivalents according to DIN EN, with the possibility of producing material up to 80 mm in diameter or cross-section.

Thanks to our own tool room, we are able to react flexibly to specific customer requirements, design optimal technological and design solutions and deliver not only the forging itself, but also the complete final product.

Since 2017, the new management of ZBIROVIA, a.s. has focused on the development of production of forged and now also pressed hand tools and forgings with an emphasis on quality, innovation and flexible approach to customers. We want to succeed in the strong competition not only thanks to tradition, but also by focusing on market needs and fair pricing policy.

At the same time, we put emphasis on sustainable development and environmental protection - we streamline the consumption of raw materials, reduce the energy intensity of production and choose technologies that save nature and resources.
